Clinic Reminders (revised 4/23/2020)

Greetings! I hope this finds you all healthy and happy.

Parents of current 6th grade students: To align with current guidelines, the Virginia General Assembly passed legislation effective July 1, 2019, that changes the grade in which students are evaluated for receipt of the Tdap vaccine from 6th grade to 7th grade. However, students are eligible to receive the vaccine at age 11.  Proof of the vaccine will be REQUIRED prior to the start of their 7th grade school year.  It is advised to have it done sooner rather than later to avoid the rush and your child will get their schedule on time. You can send in updated shot records at any time - you do not need to wait until next school year.  Please call the clinic if you have any questions.  Thank you!

Please review the General LMS clinic information link on the left for more information.
