Parents if you have a google account feel free to sign up for your childs google classroom to see what we are doing, or send me and email and I will be happy to update you on our activities. Please encourage your child to work on these activities so they can show MASTERY of all their required SOL's.
Starting April 6th, in Google Classroom, I will start posting materials that cover what we have not covered so far.
It will include videos, notes, practice
sheet, fun activities, and assessments.
Although we can not grade students work directly, we need to be able to assess them on content and this will be done through a
Powertest Assessment or GoFormative Assessment. Both can be admininstered on the computer or paper and pencil.
They can take pictures of their work and submit to me, so I can see where they are struggling or if they understand it. I have access to their IXL scores.
Please have your students check here regularily as well as in Google Classroom.
All students have access to the DESMOS calculator online
to complete all the work.
